I'm Dr. Ally, founder of Doux Consulting Group. Our mission is to improve lives through creative and accessible mental health resources. I started Doux after working with young trauma survivors who didn't have consistent access to mental health services. Through them, I realized I could have a broader impact by bringing my knowledge into people's homes through media. So, I began appearing on radio, podcasts and shows on MTV, VH1, NBC, HBO, and OWN. We need to have mental health conversations everywhere.
